Bridgette shared a great session on the fast-growing impact of bloggers in today’s marketing mix. Over the past two years, bloggers in New Zealand alone have built audiences ranging anywhere from 50,000 to over a million people, making them a powerful channel for influencing buying decisions across food, lifestyle, tech and more.

Bridgette walked us through how brands could successfully engage bloggers to promote their products or services, and she broke down the pros and cons of paid versus unpaid collaborations. She also explained how paid promotions typically work behind the scenes, which was especially helpful for anyone new to influencer marketing.

Another standout part of the session was her practical advice on how to build and manage a strong blogger list, along with real examples of both paid and organic blog-driven campaigns that delivered results.

It was an insightful, down-to-earth look at a space that’s evolving quickly.
